I
found the features and benefits exercise of this section to be the most thought
provoking. I’m well aware of the
features of my product/service, but in considering how those translate into
benefits for my customers – I really had to give it some thought. The product
and service mix along with the mission were straight forward easy sections.
The
Essence section was interesting as I have yet to think about my venture in
those terms. The dream and product section were also easy, however the unfair
advantage was a thoughtful section because I don’t really see where I have one.
