1. What exercises were
hard or easy for you? Why?
I found all of these exercises easy. This was a wrap up section
to top off all of the other work from the different sections. Since most
everything else was already in place to make these assignments a snap.
2. Did you learn anything
that you didn't know before?
I’m continuing to learn the importance of the buyer behavior
process and what that really means to me as a seller of a particular service.
3. Do you like your final
result or you think it can be improved. What would you improve when you have
time?
I like my final results. When you are talking about spending
money on Marketing that can always be improved. The best way to find out what needs
to be improved is to watch the results of the first campaign to see what you
can optimize for the next round/phase.
Hi Margaret,
ReplyDeleteI also think the exercises were relatively easy. I always consider marketing to be a very critical part of a business, because without sales, there is no business. To add to your reflection, I would think that the marketing strategy must always be monitored and tracked for continuous improvement from quarter to quarter.
I think marketing may be the hardest part of the equation. Its where the rubber meats the road. It is my strong opinion that you have to get a great deal of information about the customer and how to reach him/her.
ReplyDeleteDon't be afraid to get the door slammed in your face. Don't limit yourself to traditional customers either. Try to find out why people are buying and their triggers.
