I think your channel's niche in the Gainsville area gives you a huge advantage. That said, because you are dealing with online media, you could just have the advertisers contact you. Have a dedicated page for them.
Excellent work here too! You already talked about the personal touch and face to face interactions in the other post I commented on. I would add some of that into your flowchart here too. It is never too early to start building relationships that may turn into ad sales.
I was shocked to see how little the ad performance matters when compared to how much the relationship between business owner and sales associate matters. Don't get me wrong... an ad HAS to perform to make sense, but I guessed the percentages were more like 90% performance and 10% relationship, but it's more like 40% performance and 60% relationship from what I have seen over the past 2 years or so.
I am trying to think about the need recognition part of chain. I like the idea of initiating the thought through official questioning. I also think the need will be emphasized if it is timed right, may be after or before a big occasion for the community in focus. The volume of people agreeing with the need amplifies when the timing is right.
